To ensure a smooth collaboration of the individual solution modules, a fast and professional service is required not only during the initial installation. For this reason, diplan provides a package from different services for the customers. Depending on project as well as customer requirements, these packages can be made up of different services.

Traceability and logistics projects have considerable impact on existing processes in the production. To ensure a smooth run, different technical prerequisites are required. Also during project procedure various tasks need to be coordinated. diplan has specially trained project managers for this purpose who use all of their expertise for a successful project procedure.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Precondition for an immediate benefit of the purchased solution is a fast and reliable installation of the individual solution modules. For the completion of this task we provide service teams in all major hot spots worldwide.
INSTALLATION

The best solution is not useful if you do not know how to properly operate it. To prevent a case like that, we offer a basic and subsequent training. All the necessary steps for an effective utilization of the installed solution are explained and trained.
TRAINING

Many questions only occur during everyday use, after installation and completed training. A quick and well-founded response is essential for an uninterruptable production process. For this purpose we offer on-site support. A diplan service technician is at the customer‘s demand for support in the production.
ON-SITE SUPPORT

In order to ensure a smooth production operation after the commissioning of the diplan software, diplan offers a maintenance contract and the day and night call out service.
This service is intended for critical situations at the client side that are caused by operating errors, mechanical breakdown, power failure or other problems and issues related to the software that require an immediate troubleshooting.
The scope of services can include the software modules as well as the supplied hardware components. A detailed compilation is created when the contract is concluded. If hardware components are included in the services, for instance free scanners are provided to bridge incidental repair time.
The maintenance contract includes an error classification, remote support, software updates and response time during the normal office hours.
Our day and night call out service offers the same services around the clock. This way, a 24/7 supply is ensured.
